It is looking to establish relationships with suppliers that • can meet the needed volume efficiently and for whom this volume represents no more than 15 - 20% of their overall capacity and business;
• can show evidence of strong quality and production controls;
• can meet and exceed product specifications that it currently carries in its stores in North America;
• have a strong financial background.
